Lance Roberie is a senior level professional with over 23 years of food safety and quality assurance experience within the food industry. Roles in his manufacturing career included Food Safety Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Plant Manager and Director of Quality and Food Safety. Lance has managed food safety and quality assurance programs for both USDA and FDA regulated food facilities. Lance holds the title of FSPCA lead instructor for the FSMA Preventive Controls, Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), Intentional Adulteration Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) and Lead Instructor of HACCP.
