Lance is a senior level professional with over 23 years of food safety and quality assurance experience within the food industry. Roles in his manufacturing career included Food Safety Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Plant Manager and Director of Quality and Food Safety.
Lance has managed food safety and quality assurance programs for both USDA and FDA regulated food facilities.
Lance has worked with a variety of food products in his career, including low acid canned foods, vitamins, minerals, baked snack foods, spices and seasonings, coffee and tea (including RTD), dressings and sauces, seafood, meat and poultry as well as ready-to-cook and fully cooked frozen and refrigerated entrees.
